In first reading V for Vendetta I immediately noyiced the difference in the comic itself from the previos comics. The details in this comic seems to be more vivid in respects to the environment. This comic differs in a sense in storyline because the supposed hero is wanted for murder. Unlike other heroes who are often praised for their good deeds. The comic grabbed my attention because of the distinct look of the heroine. He wears a mask that display a happy face emotion. I also like the hat he wears. The attire is appealing to me because he doesnt look like the typical superhero.
Aside from the heroine himself, there seems to be some sort of critique of the current society. In the first couple of pages of the comic, he rescues a prostitute that is about to be used and killed by the hands of law officials. The fact that he is wanted for killing these men question the justice system itself and the individuals who hold an oath to serve and protect.

Mccloud Chp1 & 2
The first chapter of Mcloud gave me a general understanding of he ethics of comics and why they are used. I found it very fun reading these chapters, I was intrigued by the history of comics and the various ways that it has changed over time. Inparticular, the reading of comics, the book says that in earlier times some groups of people read comics zig zag. However the various defenitions given to define comic was confusing. It was also interesting to learn that various cultures create comics that are centered around their culture and its practices. Overall, the chapters were essential in giving me an introduction to the fundamentals of comics.
